Reservations can be made through our website, phone (066 090 7081), WhatsApp, or in person.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
A valid contact number must be provided at the time of reservation.
For non-residents of Pecanwood Estate, an access code is required and must be requested via phone or WhatsApp. Please allow up to 30 minutes for code processing, especially during busy periods.
Bookings are confirmed via phone or WhatsApp.
Any changes to bookings should be communicated as soon as possible.
Bookings for groups of 10 or more may require a deposit, especially on event days.
Group bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation for group bookings must be made at least 12 hours prior to avoid possible charges.
Reservations will be held for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
Please notify us if you will be late to avoid cancellation.
No-show fees may apply during peak or special event days.
Please notify us of dietary restrictions or special requests during booking.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these needs.
Guests are expected to adhere to Pecanwood Estate’s code of conduct, including but not limited to:
Speed Limit: Adhere to estate traffic regulations.
Noise Control: Maintain respectful noise levels, especially in the evenings.
Conduct: Respect estate rules and community members.
In accordance with our liquor license, alcoholic beverages will not be served to anyone under the age of 18. ID may be requested.
No smoking is permitted inside the restaurant or within designated non-smoking areas.
You may not use this website for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
